More people are reading email on mobile devices, but many email marketers don’t test for mobile! If you send out an email newsletter use a reputable third-party provider with mobile friendly designs. Test your email on different devices and think about cutting down on text.
Leverage content on social sites.
You’re already producing good content for your newsletter. You use email as one delivery channel but don’t stop there. Make sure you use that content on your website and share on your social sites. Try to get your message in front of as many people as possible and use different channels.
Pay attention to analytics.
Install tracking analytics (we use Google Analytics) to determine how your mobile visitors use your website. Consider creating a new and streamlined mobile experience. Cut down on copy, graphics and navigation and bring your calls to action to the forefront. This will help increase conversions and make a mobile visit more useful.
